fantastic but small problem after re downloading

I used to play this game all the time. it was one of my favorite games ever, but I deleted it cause I did just about everything, I had one of the best ships and weapons, but today I decided to play through it again, so I re downloaded it, restored my purchases and started playing, but theres one small problem, the diologue is muted, it says in the setting that its turned on but it doesnt work, same with the music, what do I do???
